📸 How AI Portrait Generation Works

1. Student uploads a photo of their face
2. Photo is sent securely (encrypted) to our server
3. AI analyzes facial features (hair, skin tone, expression)
4. AI generates a full-body D&D fantasy character portrait
5. Original photo is immediately deleted
6. Only the fantasy portrait is saved to the student's profile
